Pros
Good learning curve, very knowledgeable team members. If you prove to be needed and build dependability they ll pay you good enough and most of the time better than market standards.
Cons
You will be recognised and seen only if you are loud enough. No matter how much ever skilled you are or good at your work it wont be recognised if u dont show off enough. In some cases, even if you dont work at all, if you are good at bluffing thats enough for promotions and salary hikes. Second major con: the company culture is a mess after mid of 2023, the higher management and team structure changed. It used to be a better place to work before. I really hope that kind of fun is restored.
