Generous PTO and vacation time. Strong healthcare and dental coverage. 401(k) finally offered after years of employee requests. Work-life balance is generally respected. Supportive peers within the U.S. team.

Cons

Disconnected UK leadership lacks empathy or awareness of U.S. team morale. Below average salary and commission compensation compared to similar roles. No path for internal promotion despite years of proven performance. Fear of retaliation for voicing concerns; feedback is discouraged.
