Pros
For a small company the onboarding process is pretty good. Most of the time as a new employee you are not exepected to "sink or swim"
Cons
This is a DevOps organization with a very small team. With that said work live balance does not really exist. Very cliquish development team where the older members decide the fate of the new developers based on personality.
