Pros
The benefits are great bc your insurance is paid for by the company. However, this is super common in this industry so skip the headache of literally everything else and go somewhere else.
Cons
They do not care about any of their employees, but when you’re interviewing they will make you think they do. They “care” about inclusivity but only what’s shown on the outside and not what is actually happening inside the building. The managers do not care if you’re not doing you’re job, or consistently not hitting quota. They simply want everyone to be friends. If you have differing opinions from them they will find a way to get rid of you. Don’t be me and read the reviews on here and still take the job. The reviews are true! There is a reason this company has one of the highest turn over rates. You will be under compensated and expected to work as if you are compensated with far more than you are. If you’re not one of the “bros” forget it. Job performance is not measured or rewarded. You’ll get a shoutout on a call and that’s it. Trust the reviews on this job and run far from this company. The product is hard to sell, other competitiors have better product that’s easier to sell and typically win out in the end.

Not a Number- Leadership Listens.
29 Jan 2023 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Visible top leadership with transparency about company's current standings and projected growth. Growing slow & steady-- no layoffs here. Full employer-provided health insurance for employee; employee pays for spouse/family. High deductible, but they give you a preloaded debit card that covers 60% or more of the deductible for covered visits, procedures and medications, minimizing your out of pocket costs especially if you don't have anything critical/extensive. The health expense debit card amount is doubled if you add on a spouse or family plan. They also rolled out another plan option this year tailored for a handful of employees with more expensive medications. Lots of other employer-provided life insurance policies and affordable employee-paid extra coverage (dental/vision) you can choose to enroll in. FSA is also offered in addition to the benefits listed above for health and childcare. Employer-provided cancer support programs should a employee be diagnosed; offers training to internal teams to help them understand what a coworker is experiencing; this program also helps employees ease back into the workforce upon remission. Holds employee health fair days & community involvement opportunities. 401k with tiered matching system. Management seems to be listening and improving on employee wants/needs. Great work life balance, enjoyable people and room for growth.
Cons
DEI could use more action/involvement from top leaders. No parental leave policies, only short term disability. HR could use more tools to engage remote workers where they are. Open on some bank holidays.

Thanks for taking the time to write this review; it means a lot to us! We are incredibly happy to know that you find we have great benefits and a positive work environment. We’ve worked hard to make our culture what it is now, and will continue to work hard as we grow together. As our business grows, our strategy is evolving as well. Part of our strategy is to create the structure necessary for our talented people to want to stay and develop. Retaining top talent is our priority and compensation is one area that is currently under review. You mentioned tedious work. While some tasks can be tedious at all levels, there are ways to break up the day. Learning is often a great antidote to boredom, and it could prepare you for the next more challenging role. We appreciate the information you submitted regarding your employment experience with Netchex, and look forward to growing with you on our team.

RED FLAGS!!! READ THIS BEFORE YOU ACCEPT A JOB!!!
27 Jun 2022 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Your coworkers become your biggest support! Life-long friends were made in the trenches!
Cons
Massive turnover across the entire company… Cheap pizza in the break-room is their answer. Brilliant!!! No work-life balance. When your coworkers quit they put the extra work on you and drag their heels finding replacements. Unpaid overtime is an expectation. The pay is way below average. Don’t expect regular pay increases or fair pay later on either. Expect to be treated as a business expense to most of the leadership team. The health plan is really really bad. They give you a super high deductible plan with no co-pays and a crappy pre-paid Visa card. Expect to pay thousands out of pocket before you can even use insurance. No insurance is almost better. When hurricane Ida affected a majority of the workforce, they made employees burn through PTO or take no pay. Leadership bragged about how much football they watched while employees struggled for weeks. They did put select employees in hotels, but only if they kept working… The product is bad and the clients know it. You’re not allowed to put your lunchbox in the break-room fridge because occasionally leadership and the board use it for their private catered lunches. If you’re a white man who went to LSU or St. Paul's and play a sport they will love you. Everyone else is not allowed in “The Boys Club”. It’s not a safe place to work for anyone else.

The truth is that we care deeply about our team – and it hurts to hear that we didn’t do a good job of showing it with this former employee. We can always strive to do better. At the same time, there’s more than one side to any story. There may have been other factors at play that impacted this employee’s experience, but that doesn’t negate our responsibility to do better in the future. This review may not have been what we love to read. However, it's a good reminder that we can’t let the work we’ve done fall by the wayside. We have to keep going – and growing together.

Pros
None...So many red flags. Read the negative reviews first that aren't current incentivized employees.
Cons
The owner is a good old boy who is getting his energy from coca cola. Sexual harassment is so pervasive it is mentioned in multiple reviews here... Let that sink in. Pay is extremely low and you can tell they do not value employees by their condescending replies to reviews.
