      very Small company with management team of just 5-10 people company Growth is good. growing business of IT industry good business contacts

      Technically nothing good about this company.

      Cons

      The founder / MD, Rrajesh Bakshi is probably one of the worst persons to work with. Always foul mouthed and abusive he has no respect for anybody in the company. He forms policies which are ad-hoc and twists them as he likes to cheat and harass his employees. The moment you join this company you’re expected to be a puppet in his hands and silently tolerate all the torment and string of abuses.
