Pros

Beginner level this is good place to start.

Cons

• NO PROCESS AT ALL. Anyone can be asked to do anything at all even if it not related to your role and if you take onus of doing that job and don't finish it well you are screwed. • No sense of mentor-ship. Most of the managers, top management don't know what a team means. They themselves don't know what they want. They just know to say, it’s not good you are useless and not fit to Netlink. • Managers are highly influenced and surrounded by flatterers. • People who are closed to managers gets good benefits, opportunities and rewards. • Politics is everywhere, if you cannot play politics then cannot survive at Netlink smoothly. • Always present yourself very busy and show that you are working on very complex things. If you don't have flattering skills or you don't have capability to present your very minor work by converting it into great achievement (its like that you need "TO MAKE A MOUNTAIN OUT OF A MOLEHILL") then you will not have any reward/appreciation or career growth by the management (WHOSE CALLED LEADERS). • Don't believe on HR they are puppets of the managers. • Bad top management - who thinks everyone is disposable. There is no regard for talent, hard work and honesty. • Salary is not compatible for local candidates. They gets very less than the people who are coming from outside although those people don't have that level of expertise and productivity. If you requires good salary then either you have to be close with your managers [not professionally, it’s personally] or have to come from other state. • Endless list of priorities on projects which is because of poor planning and management, difficult to manage family and work life at times, expectation to work 60 Hours/week, 24 hours on-call over weekends/leaves. • In case you resigned then you could face a lot of issues. To satisfy their EGO, Managers put road-blockers in your path and will try that you don't have relieving on time. • Keep yourself ready to work in different technology rather than your core one.

Pros

Free bus service and located at Bhopal.

Cons

Management is lame and they promote the people who are good at licking. Experienced employees are hired only for project undertaking in start then they deploy fresher's and the fresher works beneath the experienced person user profile. Once the project is good they fake clients and fires the experienced candidate and show lame experience of fresher candidate. One user profile is used by many people. Every 3 Month there is layover internally. I have seen few layover of many projects in short span. Recently heard they have fired 50 employees in a day in 2018. Licenced software is a myth they install free Ware and let people work professionally. They use public Skype in professional environment as it's free. Internet disconnection is common in netlink premises. It's a contractor and labour relationship between manager and Developer. They can ask anybody to mop floor. The HR are useless, they send mail for stupid events only.

Pros

I have worked for more than 3 years in a company as a developer and the only reason to like this company is its campus, people roam needlessly in the backyard without been noticed, people pass time and roam here and there.

Cons

Company hires only if you ask for lower salary and kicks employees when they do have enough to pay or they don't have work on a project. HR is a myth here, they are there only to send emails regarding stupid celebrations on festivals and performed by mediocre wanna be a stupid band, the same performance by same people every time. HR is useless, they never take the side of an employee in there bad times and never take a stand for wrong things which effects employees. The company is managed by 3-4 big fishes and only there decision is final. If you are well at licking their toes then you can stay in the company, even then also they can backstab you. If you join here as a trainee or software developer then cannot learn or environment is not like that a person can learn, instead they focus on how to lick someone's feet to stay in the company. It's a mock of a multinational company, it boasts of having headquarters in the USA but it's not, they have a room rented in the USA and say its there headquarters there. The company is situated far away from Bhopal like 25 km.
