Pros

1. 401k after 3 years.

Cons

1. Politics. 2. Micromanagement. Weekly meeting with the CEO, CFO, HR to go over daily tasks. 3. Unrealistic evaluations based on unreachable KPI and not based on the employee's actual performance at work. 4. Racism. The CEO and CFO only likes Korean males. If you are not a Korean-speaking male, you will not like this company. 5. Work slow. Unless you overtime often or have dinner with the upper management every night, you will not be considered for promotion. 6. Numerous legal issues that are tied to "Korean-based company". 7. All of the original employees are starting to leave due to the upper management.

Pros

This is a review from one of the oldest members at the US office; 3 years (=high credibility, basically you can count on my review). 1. Benefits (top tier) 2. DTLA Office (getting to DTLA is little bit hectic, however the actual office is decent) 3. Half day Friday (10am - 2pm) 4. Flexible work hrs (you may come to the office anytime between 8am to 1pm depending on your daily situation/commute and fulfill 8 hrs shift) 5. Complimentary lunch given to employees (Mon - Thurs.)

Cons

1. Expect Low Salary - not meeting the industry standard, however the HR & Upper management would congratulate you during annual raise which is only about 3% raise in average, be proud to work in Global Number 1 company. 2. Lack of upper management - no clear directions nor decisions being made; there's always a last minute change/adjustment which requires a ton of time to implement. 3. Politics - of course, be familiar with the Simon says game & dinner crew. and we can keep going with more Cons; all of these are previously mentioned in other reviews so no point in reiterating. I'd like to just say one thing, the major issue of the NA office is the Goal vs. Salary. Current Company Goal + excessive amount of work required, in daily basis, is understandable (in order to achieve high goal, it somewhat requires a lot of time invested into the work). However, this has to come along with right salary amount for each personnel. It's simple enough, if you want the company to strive for a big success, the company has to pay the employees with the right amount first and foremost you can't expect employees to stay late and work OTs as much as the upper management when their paychecks are extremely DIFFERENT.
