Not Good , Not bad. Just running blindly

Pros

No holidays for all employees. No leave accounts. If you are absent without approval 2 days salary deduction. If your leave is approved then one day salary deduction. No extra actives , not tea, coffee anything from company side. management Make fool non-technical owner. Salary never come on time. sometime 22-25 . Average: 17 Notice period : 45 days Instant policy changes. Work is explained verbally. no email or anything else. No discuss with junior level programmer . No increment even you are here for 1.5 years

Timing is perfect . you can go at time. No workload.
