None. There are no pro's to working here.
Cons
No paid sick leave No running water in the break-room No microwave in the break-room Poor salary Poor benefits Poor training Unsupportive colleagues and management Long working hours while bosses come and go as they please, and work as they please. Provided equipment (laptop, phone, etc) is obsolete and of poor quality. Rampant unprofessional ism and disorganisation.

Pros
Interesting work and the latitude to plan your time as you see fit. Good progression if you perform well. Fantastic company culture - I genuinely consider everyone here to be a friend as well as a colleague. The opportunity to speak to some absolutely fascinating people on a day-to-day basis.
Cons
Currently the facilities of the business centre we're located in aren't brilliant, not terrible either, just not great. That's not the fault of Network Scientific though. And there is free parking which is a definite win!
