      The company is already doing well, and making changes in processes wherever required. In my personal experience, I don't think they have cons.

      Pros

      It is a great company to work for and I have spent 9 years in this company working closely with teams located around the world. During this time the company has pioneered a range of marketing strategies. In my experience the CEO was very trustworthy, giving me a wide range of responsibilities and helping me develop my management skills and new career opportunities.

      Cons

      Nothing as such....I must say limited growth opportunities however this was largely because I was not able to relocate to a different office where the main team was located.

      Thanks for the feedback. During the lockdown, we introduced team Zoom socials once a week (although they became tired and fizzled out) and before the pandemic, local teams usually got together once a month at least and we will of course reinstate these. It is always a challenge with some employees who work remotely (not in the global hubs) and we do need to work harder on team events to keep everyone connected socially.

      Interesting business concept, cool coworkers, flexible working

      Cons

      The review below “account manager” sums network Sunday up perfectly. The CEO is untrustworthy and does not pay employees for what they work for! I was there for a year and there was always excuses for me not getting paid for work I did. Multiple people left in the same time as I did and everyone was unhappy, the employee turnover is shocking to say the least and the CEO expects you to jump anytime he messages even on weekends. No growth potential either.

      We always have and always will pay employees and contractors for the work they have completed. If you believe you are owed something please get in touch. Whilst your claims are extreme, we do occasionally make the wrong hiring decisions and there is more work to be done in HR. We take on board your feedback and are sorry you feel this way.
