      Pros

      Earnest, dedicated leadership who built the company from the ground up.

      Cons

      Because they build the company, the leadership is disconnected from the state of the art in the online publishing world. The IT/webdev team is overly protective of their fief and stifles innovation.

      Careers here are a great place to start and learn the basics, but Networld doesn't offer long term career opportunities to its staff.

      Job is demanding, not very rewarding. Went to one event and seemed to be a lot of heavy drinking that was almost encouraged. Low pay. Content farm
