Pros

The Commercial Sales team is filled with some of the hardest-working reps I’ve had the pleasure of working with. We hit our numbers, we execute, and we carry the weight of this company quarter after quarter. If you’re on the Commercial team, you know how much of the success of this business is built on your back.

Cons

Where do I begin? The company has taken a sharp nosedive under the new CRO. He’s the walking embodiment of failing upward. Multiple people have already nailed it. he parrots “MEDDICC” without having any clue what it actually means or how to apply it. There’s no real strategy, no vision, no leadership.. just buzzwords and blame. Despite our team being the only sales org to hit our number (again), there’s zero acknowledgment, zero gratitude, and certainly no appreciation from the top. Instead, we watch leadership fail upward while they scapegoat the very people trying to steer the ship away from disaster. People are leaving in droves (top-tier talent) who gave everything to this company. People who consistently made President’s Club, people who knew the tech, the space, the clients. Their patience ran out. And I don’t blame them. Case in point: just heard one of the founding product managers for an IGA product was recently let go. Not because he failed, but because the company ignored every warning he gave while they systematically gutted the product. They destroyed it, then blamed him. Another IGA sales specialist who was brilliant, consistent, and respected finally gave up and left. No backfill, no plan, just silence. The IGA resource left doesn’t know how to sell, has no understanding of the product, and frankly, doesn’t seem qualified to be customer-facing.

Pros

A few great employees. Employees pay for health insurance. Favorites and employees who kiss up to CEO get what they want even if their sales numbers are low. Processes change at least once to twice a month. Current employees are looking elsewhere. Employees complain everyday about CEO. Run away as fast as you can.

Cons

Lack of communication. No direction. Had three different managers in a year and a half. Fly by the seat of their pants. Smoke and glass mirrors.

1) Employees pay for health insurance? Not true. The company pays 60% of the cost and 8 or 10 different plan options start at $300 out of pocket per month. We have PPO, HMO, low deductible, high deductible, you name it. 2) Not sure about employees kissing up to CEO, need more clarify about this comment. The CEO's door is always open (and everybody knows that) and Netwrix is a highly feedback-driven company that LISTENS to everybody. If you want to talk to the CEO, just walk into his office or call him. As simple as that. Michael Fimin is the CEO, his phone number is 949-407-5125 x1057 and his office is on the 11th floor of our building in Irvine. He is available 24/7. Call or leave a VM and he will get back to you. 3) "To improve is to change, to be perfect is to change often" (Winston Churchill). If you want to have a job that never changes and remains stagnant, go to a place like IBM, Oracle or even McDonalds. In no way saying that they are bad companies, but they are mature, established, nothing changes. Ok to work, but no opportunity to excel and grow (and to change). 4) Totally useless comment about "smoke and glass mirrors". If you complain about something (or try to find an excuse for not being successful), please be specific.
