1) While having an exposure to multiple of technology is good, the training provided for deploying the tech is often minimum. The training is limited as the company wanted to reduce the cost of paying the instructor for proper training while expecting the deployment to be successful.
2) Career growth is time-based, not performance-based. Not good for someone who is a fast learner with good adaptibility.
3) Toxic environment.
4)Salary and benefits is not competitive and irrelevant with current living cost.
5) Management is not professional when handling queries and demands from employees. You will be given a deny with reasons that just do not make any sense.
