 HR is good for nothing, not professional, don’t have HR skills at all. He always has one answer to say “I will get back to you” for whatever you ask.  No HR activities, outings and celebrations.  Appraisal period is Dec-Nov but discussions will take place either in Feb or Mar (after several reminders) and not provided with arears.  Heard that recently introduced a new policy where in if someone is not in proper formals, it’s a LOP.  Worst thing is even though management is aware of all these, they are not bothered even one percentage to make the necessary changes.  Salary is not paid on time, no wonder even if you receive salary after 15th of the month.  If you want to grow in the organization either must be from the same community or be a spoon for HR.  No proper infrastructure, sometimes I struggled to get tissues and Liquid to wash the plate after having lunch.  It helped me to become a perfect coffee maker as I am supposed to prepare my own coffee/tea.  One can get focused only when they are working with senior management closely

They don't know to treat employees properly. The management is being maintained by group of founder of the organisation relatives. They don't have basic knowledge of certain job profiles. If a person recommends a low pay guy, the management would fire a high pay of the same profile and then recruit.
