Pros

There is no advantages. Please refer cons before Joining. You have to work hard and more. Client specific.

Cons

1. They will treat you as a slave. 2. You have to work 24/7 no extra money. 3. Salary will be very low never you will get hike. 4. If you ask hike then they will fire you. 5. If your requirement is there then they will convey like anything but still they will not give any single rupees extra. 6. Very poor management. 7. they will not assign any task to you, but every day meeting you have go with your task. 8. Fully concentrate on device selling, no preference for software. 9. You will not get salary on time, it may take more than 3 weeks, no intimation come from HR Dept. 10. At joining they will speak very sweetly, from the next day they will scold you like anything samples are " ------ " 11. They will earn money from employee salary. HR work is how to detect money from employee salary. 12. Two family is running this company. So if you join no job security. 13. Every year fire should be there. 14. They will assign task on every Friday eve and ask you to complete by tomorrow, the demo will be schedule on Sunday. 15. No govt. holiday. Officially leaves are there. But they will expect you to work on those days.
