Pros
If you’re looking for impact-driven, intellectually challenging and scientifically/clinically advanced work (and peers) in the north Bay Area. Neurovations and its clinical partner sites are really unparalleled. A small, caring, community-oriented team were great to work with.
Cons
Meaningful and important work, but demanding work. The set-up of business units requires a little more intentional communication / silo-breaking than you’d expect at a business of that size.
