Pros

Paid holidays and decent hours.

Cons

Horrible place to work. Always understaffed. Unrealistic goals and management is clueless. Go look on the job boards and that will tell you right there. Always looking to hire people because of high turnover. Worst benefits I have ever seen at a job.

Pros

Company CEO cares more about bringing in new people and very little about the legacy employees who have stayed with the company before it expanded services by merger. Promotions occur without regard for experience or ability. This is a great place for the smuzzer to work; or someone with advanced manipulation skills.

Cons

There is no opportunity for advancement vertically, and some long-term employees are pushed into retirement or looking for a new job in this harsh economy. Work enviroment is unfriendly and psychologically stressful. Company CEO is known to "fly off the handle" and terminate executives on the 'spot'. Gender biasis is openly evident. Expect to work long hours without financial recoginition. Poor work life balance.

Pros

Discount on loan interests. Paid holidays. 2 weeks paid vacation.

Cons

Horrible Health insurance. They claim they dont make employees push credit products on clients but there is a lot of pressure and will refuse job promotions if you dont meet your quota. Constant threats of job loss. It's also almost impossible to get out of the branch and into a office job. Their definition of hard working employees are those who sell a lot of products. Not those who actually work hard and go beyond expectations. Starting out you only make about $9.80 and the raises are minor but it takes a lot of work to get those raises.
