      Interesting and exciting work in fast pace environment.

      Cons

      Turnover rate very high. A high-stress environment that leads to poor and counter-productive decision making from senior management. Lack of cohesion with business operations.

      Leadership could be hands off for a good period of time allowing you to complete work on occasion.

      Cons

      Leadership was non-existent when there was an issue and when Gary did make appearances he was always changing his mind. No focus.

      - There seems to be little direction - You'll hear the word "pivot" a lot - Abnormal amount of turnover even for a startup. - Poor comp and benefits
