      Good company, poor managament.

      Pros

      This role had great pay for a job straight out of college, as well as amazing benefits. The role is very hands-on, so you will learn alot of transferable skills.

      Cons

      I feel like I came in during a time of mass transition, so management was all over the place, and left us with little to no guidance.
