Pros
This company is truly devoted to curing cancer. There are lots of company-wide activities. There are wonderful people who work here. It's a good place to get started if you want to get into the industry and gain work experience.
Cons
Employees are not appreciated unless you have an "in" with a higher-up. HR is not careful with personal information--which is either circulated in the gossip chain or reported to managers without your consent. Middle managers don't truly manage, instead they do the bidding of the higher-ups with no interest in how decision making will effect their employees. Most who work here will leave quickly or stick around for the stock options.
