So many pros. Small enough to have a "collegiate" feel, so that you do not work there anonymously. Highly skilled developers, strong project teams. Fostered partnerships with clients: focusing on collaboration, guidance, and doing "the right thing", Embraced and championed AI. Advocates of continuous learning & development. Leadership team are both good and available, Company has consistently grown in terms of revenue and staff. Great company culture.
Cons
Relatively flat org structure means that potential for role progression can be limited.
