      Pros

      Benefits are good, most people are friendly and helpful, there are a number of holidays and good vacation time.

      Cons

      The leadership staff is lacking and many times are not available. Work load is high and demanding but staff is expected to work 40 hours with no overtime option. Very high stress atmosphere as well as a culture of fear. Many people fired because couldn't get work completed in allotted time. Little support from leadership staff. Would not recommend for employment. Does not appreciate staff and the stress involved in the day to day operations.

      Pros

      They really do want to help people and will go above and beyond to make sure your clients are taken care of.

      Cons

      This is one of the most disorganized, stressful and negative companies you can work for. The turnover rate is so high your workload is constantly doubled and all of the employees are so overworked the office is full of negativity.

      Co-workers PTO Holidays Off Helping the Community

      Cons

      This place is absolutely horrible to work for. The co-workers are great, but management is a whole different story. If you want to be treated horribly and feel like you are worthless, this is the place to be. There is no training what so ever, they throw you in and expect things to get done. If it doesn't get done, your job will be on the line. If you work in housing, I feel sorry for you.
