Pros
Good pay package and growth if you are ready to put the efforts required for 10years in just 2years. Time flexibility good working environment is the only thing that i enjoyed there. If you are good in politics then you can reach the top most positions very soon; but fact is that there are already a few in those places who would push you down!
Cons
Management don't have transparency in what ever they do. Suppose you join there with 12000ctc/month. You can easily reach double the amount within 3years. But at the end of 3rd yr they pressurize you to such an extent that you yourself resign; if you overcome this then termination might occur due to high cost to the company. This happens even to the top level managers.
