      - Good sense of community. -Competitive pay for the immediate area. -Good management.

      Cons

      Vast amount of machinery to learn. While myself and others personally enjoy it others might not like the complexity.

      Lots of overtime and easy

      Cons

      Lots of overtime, short breaks, 401k plan is the worst I have ever seen, managers favorite a handful of employees and resent the rest, HR is super stubborn and uncooperative, pay is not great compared to other companies.
