Poor management, blame culture and people are so rude to each other and no work life balance. Wages are so low and they expect you to work overtime. You will feel like an outcast if you don't know French .

Poor benefits, no career progression unless you want to move across the world at short notice. Special treatment and favouritism towards French speakers/French people. Almost all top roles filled, a real lack.of diversity for an International company. The IT infrastructure and systems used are about 20 years behind most international companies. Poor corporate culture and very stingy with regards to employee events or anything like that.

The pros DO NOT outweigh the cons! Upper management is horrible, unprofessional and dirty. They cannot keep employees and the ones that are good leave or get fired for speaking up. The turnover rate is horrendous. They do not know how to speak to people, they sleep with their subordinates (it all gets covered up), target and bully employees they don't like, no room for growth, play favorites, and cover peers drug usage.

The old people and management suck. They increase flights (more work) without increasing pay

Company culture is having difficulty to welcome new people on board
