Hi dear Silent warrior, This is a good company for freshers don't be confused I worked here trained in NexGeN Inventive Information Technology Pvt Ltd and I am fully satisfied these company employee management means they are properly handle the employee Company has really good policy, benefits for the every employee... Now I got placed in MNC.
