Pros

Really interesting work and working for a company with a promising future

Cons

I felt bullied by the other lead operators. Some of them will refuse to train the other operators which can result in you as a operator not being able to advance or Learn more to meet raise requirements. There is no structural training other than knowledge and training from other operators. Many operators complain about tasks they are assigned to do by the lead and will retaliate by not answering the waki taki if they are assigned to a station not preferable to them. There also is a lot of drugs considering they don’t drug test I saw many operators indulging in drugs even on the job or while operating equipment. I worked there for almost two years and didn’t get any insurance benefits due to my lead and supervisor not communicating the insurance enrollment date and found out prior to meeting the enrollment date. This is a good company run by idiots
