      BU and CU managers have their favourite employees and only bet their cards on them HR manager is the worst and fit for nothing except talking, highest attrition seen only in her team because none can work under her MD supports the HR manager so much that her mistakes are covered Lot of internal politics, every manager looks for their personal growth than growth of the org No projects and no growth Too many managers for no employees

      This is the worst company I have worked ever. No management. No work life balance. They are changing the rule as per their profit. while taking interviews HR making big promises but after that they are going to give you a big surprise.

      Cons

      No salary. No commitments. No Hike. No WLB Big Froud.
