      Great Education and Opportunity

      Pros

      I have been with Next Generation Solutions for about 10 years now. I have learned all aspects of the job and the Company's goals from the ownership/management team. And I wouldn't work anywhere else. Yes, the work is hard and you have to be goal oriented, however, it definitely pays off when you have the proper work ethic, mentality and goals. They teach you everything you need to be successful, you just have to listen and and learn.

      Cons

      I wouldn't recommend this or any other job to a lazy person that doesn't want anything out of life. Those are the people who always complain about a company.

      I love the job, the people are amazing and the cause is even better.

      Cons

      The hours are very long. 10-8 Monday through Saturday. Also the pay is very low for the amount of hours we work.
