Pros

Large, professional-looking facility.

Cons

No need to go into details, as any savvy individual can put two and two together, but, to put it into perspective, please read the news regarding the 21 individuals indicted in the massive healthcare fraud at Forest Park Hospital here in Dallas, TX in November (2016). Two of those 21 are the head-honchos at this company. Don't let anyone fool you- these are the bosses. It was impossible not to grin when reading about the indictments, after all- what goes around, comes around. I wonder if they'll let them drive their matching Ferrari's to prison?

Pros

If you know someone - you are in 401k Decent benefits Great co-workers (Manager and below)

Cons

Seeing these reviews make me sick to my stomach, it is obvious someone is being asked to complete several reviews. Mostly the same comments and same format to counter out the honest negative reviews. Next Health has not even been around for 2 years, companies that Next Health is a parent company of have been around MAYBE 7 years max. Do not believe the reviews stating 8-10 years. We also did not have marketing until earlier this year so not sure how there is a "marketing employee thats been here 5+ years". Cons : Favoritism (if you don't know anyone or aren't related to anyone - good luck) The majority of leadership came from Medical Edge and it is obvious there is a click throughout the organization. NO communication NO employee engagement Micromanaging to a max Ethical concerns There may be policies but they are not held to standard and there are too many exceptions made (especially for friends and family)

Pros

Toni Gates is a wonderful VP of HR and knows her stuff. Very Friendly and understanding person. She is way to busy to know what goes on with her team. I by no means blame her.

Cons

The Human Resources Team has there own little Click and they will make you feel unwelcome . Their is a lot of gossiping within the HR team. They all cover up for each other.
