Pros

You make commission that's about it

Cons

You only make commission, no salary. It is a door to door sales for Verizon Fios. No benefits. Found this information out only after few interviews in. Titles they are hiring for is misleading.

Pros

I worked for Next Level Associates for one day under their Verizon Campaign. They we're very polite on the first impression and very organized in their day to day operations. Very energetic and motivated work environment.

Cons

Despite the bad reviews on the company, I took my chances to feel the company out and see what they had to offer. Which was my first mistake. The following are issues that raised an eyebrow on the position that was soon to acquire. 1) I was told that the position was not a sales driven position on the initial call from the HR department. That was a lie 2) I was told I would be getting paid a $500 weekly base salary to be apart of an event team on the first initial interview. That was a lie. 3) I then was scheduled for a 2nd interview in which I found out that I would be receiving a $400 weekly base salary which was not what I was told on the first initial interview. 4)I was told that this was not an events team but the position was for residential. 5)I was told that I would be employed for full time position which is 40 hours but told that the working was 10am-10pm. If you do the math that is a 60 plus hour work week. Like I said I give kudos to their structure and their management team but you cannot enforce integrity in ethical selling and not disclose all information about a particular position. I entered orientation with another new associate and he was also lied to as well. YOU CAN IGNORE THIS IF YOU WANT BUT I GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL BE LIVING TO WORK AND NOT WORKING TO LIVE.
