      Money was good but they could care less if you want to see your kids.

      Cons

      Forced overtime. By only paying piece rate they avoid paying overtime and also illegally garnish wages. Lawsuit pending

      We pay overtime as we are legally obligated. We calculate this over time payment every week.

      I worked here for over 5 years. The people are great and the owners really care about their employees. Had a great supervisor and some great techs as well
