Cons
next47 leadership in the US. has little experience in the field- with almost no direct board experience, limited ability to evaluate investment as decisions are based on following other firms, and poor interpersonal skills. There is danger in a leader who is insecure and who thinks he knows more than he does. The leader is not respectful of the other investment professionals or their opinions. His responses are snap judgments that are often crudely expressed.
