* Great mentorship and growth opportunities. Working at NextPay pushed me out of my comfort zone and taught me all sorts of skills I never thought I'd develop. * Great benefits package — Unlimited PTO and flexitime.
Cons
* Echoing sentiments re: better project management. A lot of high-impact projects were often delayed, which affected different teams.
