It has a product covering a very interesting sector, Retail. Product is also very interesting. If you don't have experience in startups or product companies you can have a place here, even if the culture has changed. Remote work and good conditions.
Cons
Company is struggling to grow. It survived the pandemic but it didn't got the proper growth track. Once it had a great culture with a product mindset, but old C layer is not in the company any more. It is amazing the harm a couple of idiots can do... In engineering things were downside since 2022 with the engineering managers layer created and later by switching the focus from product to tech porn. The engineering Sith with support of Palpatine got rid of the people that were able to raised the voice so command and control got installed and what is worse nepotism arrived. Now a new wave of layoffs are in progress. Will the company survive? Who knows as it has talented people inside but as said it is not the company I knew any more...
