1. inconsistent timings. You might be doing 10-7 or 2-12 on any given day or week. It causes a lot of problems if you're family oriented and actually have a life outside the office. The company thinks of client as a god and will never say no, and you as an employee will always have to suffer. please learn to stick up for your own employees. No compensation is given in any of these cases.
2 The office is very old, messy, broken and not maintained. There is very little to non parking space.
3. They still use PC's instead of laptops. It's 2022, wake up.
4. senior management behaves like CEO and always shows who's in charge to junior staff.
5. They say you have 3 work from home days but depending on your manager it could happen or not.
6. they pay salaries 15th of every month so if you joined on 1st then get ready ... because you're going to get paid after 45 days and that too for only 30 days.
7. Bonuses given are taken back if you decide to leave.
8. annual leaves here are a myth.
In short - come here if you're a fresh graduate, work for 1-2 years and leave.
if you're experienced then I'd recommend you stay away from this place. It's a coding farm, not a software house.
