Pros
Overall: A lot of opportunity to learn and grow if that's what you desire. In my experience, if you genuinely care and dedicate yourself to the job, you can advance quickly. As of current, there's a really solid setup with management in this office particularly, and they are more than willing to support you through the stressful times. The amount and quality of mentoring I received is second to none. Techs may disagree, and I can understand why, but the immediate office management cares if you care as well.
Mid-level management: Very supportive & thorough with giving you pointers of how to improve.
Upper-management: Knowledgeable about the customer base and field operations.
Cons
Technician turnover is high & thus, puts a kink in a lot of projects/plans when they are terminated on short notice.
Upper-management: quick to micromanage.
