Love my co-workers. Love working with this client population.

Cons

Low pay. Low morale. Management isn't listening to what is happening in the trenches. The work load keeps getting heavier. When someone is fired/quits, the work load is spread out...hiring has stopped.

Cons

Staff attitude is terrible. No one seems to be happy about working there. Patients are unhappy to be there but it is most likely because they can sense the fact that the staff just doesn't care.

All female facility. You will be making a huge impact in the life of women.

Cons

Minorities stay clear, dead end career wise. Think of the TV show survival. That's the company culture. You can handle the fire get out of the kitchen.
