Pros

Join if you have taken a break or a fresher who didn't get a job or through out your pathetic life never travelled onsite(onsite comes at financial loss and atlest 6-9 months away from family).

Cons

People - Egoistic and arrogant people sitting as managers.Hardly any people management and project management skills. You won't have anyone to reach out to if you face any issues. Parking - why would you hire people if you don't have parking. I feel like majdoor trying to pull vehicles on the road to park.My friends had to pay heavy fines as they parked on road as the parking is full by 9.45. Cafeteria - poor food and only one vendor available. Cold tea is served and you wont get tea or coffee between 11 am to 4 pm. Meeting rooms - you don't get meeting rooms as they are always occupied. Even after booking it senior management occupies them and you are forced to take calls from cafeteria. Laptops - people have to wait for months to get a laptop. After couple of months they will hand you broken laptops. My colleagues have been waiting from months and still dont have a laptop. They't even provide you mouse, headphones and desk phones. Policies - you have to sign large number of bonds and annextures. Notice period can be extended upto 6 months if permanent and 3 months if on probation. You have to pay Visa fees even if you have travelled on Visa. They track your floor time and you have to explain if working hours are not completed. Also you have to provide explanation if you are late, HR team tracks it on a notebook and send an email to all the employees to provide explanation.why do u hire people if you don't trust them? Your wife and kids can't travell with you for 3 months so that they can save some money on HRA component. Transparency - You won't know when you are travelling and have to do 1000s of follow-ups. They hire you at good Indian salary and then will send you to South Africa at low salaries. So the good package doesn't matter. The salary won't be disclosed up until your travel date is close, so that you don't have any other option.

Pros

1. Good leave policy 2. Time flexibility 3. On site opportunity (Mostly SA)

Cons

1. Parking issue 2. Onsite benefits are very less 3. No transport facility 4. When you join the company then you will get machine or laptop after one month. For month or two you will not have anything to work on. 5. If you are joining in Mobile team then do not join. Mobile team does not work on performance but it is work on who licks the boot of manager better. For example : There is one guy who under performs and even client gave the negative feedback about him and want to remove him from project but mobile team manager gives him onsite opportunity and also that guy wins the award. Why?? It is just because he does SIR SIR SIR and goes back manager after wherever he goes (like friday night parties). And this manager is typical manager who helps with appraisal to one who he likes (likes means you know what I mean here). This manager gets work done from juniors and gives credit to person who he likes and that person will get all the appreciation from rest of the management not the juniors who worked and those juniors are not even aware about such cases. Whenever any production issue comes up then this manager will call (even in midnight) to real developers who works sincerely and then these guys will resolve the issue even then he don't appreciate their work, he appreciates only those who go after him as sir sir and lick his boot. If you want to complaint this to HR then no one will hear you and also this may impact on appraisal. Appraisal will be good if you are good at Yes Sir. So my sincere advice to who wants to join mobile team is join only if you are good at Yes sir.

Pros

1. Salary gets credited on 25th every month 2. That's it

Cons

Grab some popcorn and soda, this is gonna be a long, very long list 1. Forced to do the SAQA and ITPSC documentation, even if you are not willing to travel to South Africa. When you leave the organization, they deduct Rs. 31000/- for the documentation (which is useless, you are never gonna need these unless you want to settle and work in South Africa). 2. Very negative and depressing work environment/culture. Your managers and scrum masters will always lie to you about getting a better raise and bla bla and once the work is done, you are like an unknown entity for them. 3. Too much office politics. They all think employees are slaves and you can order them to do anything. 4. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. Read it again, NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. Scrum masters will call you at 11 in the night and asks for the status update and if you say no, they'll escalate saying your attitude towards work is not positive. 5. You get 42 leaves per year in this company. But wait, this should be in pros, right? You GET 42 leaves, but you CAN'T use them as the leaves never get approved. If you ask for 10days leave, they'll approve for 5 days and in that 5 days, they'll call you to work from home. No matter if it is Diwali or Christmas. 6. Very less parking for bikes and cars 7. No employee benefits 8. Take everything on email as these people lie tog et their work done. Even the HRs lie and make employees fool. Take everything on email!! 9. No team-building activities, no team lunch/party, just the work. 10. The technical skill of the people is very poor. No proper recruitment pipeline. No proper technical training sessions. If you are a fresher, you'll be just fine here and you'll get to learn a lot as you'll have to do everything. If you are experienced, join any company but this. Accept offer with less package but do not come here.
