May be ok for fresher since they are bombarded with roles of senior resources and that way they can learn if not already exhausted. Not meant for experienced people. They will hire you, keep on bench with some random learning tasks and subject you to client interviews where you will be mostly rejected for low budgets, thats all. If you doesn't get deployed within few months ready to get fired for lack of assignments. Doesn't have any in house work and solely rely on lowest quality assignments from client. No structured resource deployment. No process. Works typically like a very small firm. Once you are deployed that's the end goal of company, then you will be forgotten forever. No complaints will be heard and no work life balance. They would agree to all unrealistic requirements by client. Also you will hardly see negative reviews since after every negative somehow lots of positive reviews are injected in portal does aiming to push the actual image down. You will be lucky if you tumble upon this one .

There is a full bucket of cons. 1. We joined there and we trusted the company as we went there from delhi , even so many freshers joined together , but after 3 months they started kicking out the freshers slowly . 2. They were so rude , there is a lot politics in the company , they ruin the career start of a person and don't even respect emotions. 3. They consider freshers - "NOTHING" - The hr's can shout on them whenever they want to. 4. A person feel so bad living alone in a different state and if the first companies does like this. Imagine coming to office one day and you are told you will not come to office from next day , This is what they do I request all freshers to not join this company , this is not a good one to start your carrier.
