Very unprofessional, unethical Company and management. Every one like feet licking staff weather they are Japanese management or Indian they don't understand the word commitment They never appreciate your hard work and loyalty they make you stay in office till 11pm weather you are female or male neither they provide extra safety that late to female employees. they are liars . The management in india is just to serve their ego they hardly have any human side left in them they teat employees like animal and specifically Japanese abuse them. they use you and spoil your career just like that first of all management is not quite literate to understand anything if they are not able to understand that they blame you for everything rather the to understand their own non competencies. the management love only those employees who know how to do politics and can spoil other person career.

Corporate level management led by some extremely insensitive and unprofessional people (at least one of them) Key Senior Managers have left the organization due to this one person who is basically an obstacle in free thinking for others. Although having a great global presence, even after 7-8 years, the Indian Market hardly knows Nippon Express in India primarily due to the top management's policy not to have high visibility. There is too much friction between the Japanese and Indian Management which is bad for the company's health.
