Unstable job, might as well have a fixed-term contract. People were let go each year without warning. Management also could not figure out how to effectively manage a project, delays are always pushed onto the devs to fix. Management also refused to hire a project manager for the whole time I was working, and apparently delayed projects was still the dev's fault.
