If Ben Rieling, the COO, likes you then you are not held accountable for your work They are really forgiving even if you make lots of big mistakes like not returning someone's security deposit on time Easy to get hired, easy to leave behind
Cons
Nepotism Lack of accountability for individual staff members Lack of security -- they reuse their codes for all lockboxes and keep a public list on their website of properties being managed Because landlords are the people who pay Nomadic, tenants are not treated as customers or even really humans Lying to people and telling them RentSafe, their application software, is a different company, even though the Rielings own it too Landlords are given the hard sell to sign a contract, and usually have unreasonable expectations as a result
