Management is very easy going and approachable. They are open to all conversations with employees and try to cultivate a family-like atmosphere

Cons

Lack of staff pushes the company to rely too heavily on a select group of individuals significantly increasing the time it takes to get things done.

Pros

Very loyal to their employees, management are easy to approach and talk with and actively engage and care about the employees. Great health benefits, merit and achievements are recognized and rewarded. Atmosphere is very friendly and not so "corporate".

Cons

Much is family run and besides that career advancement is difficult due to being a small company. Software, practices, and procedures were usually outdated and not up to modern standards, though it was actively improving.
