      Greedy company with low pay and high workloads

      Pros

      none really. this WAS a decent company but its ruined! The CEO Daniel French hacked this company. Low commissions low bonuses and for realtors a 30/70 split??? 70 to them.

      Cons

      Greedy company! they will screw employees, tenants and property owners. they treat the agents like crap. 30/70 split. they fired lots of people who were great agents only to dump on the few who are left. quadruple workload half the pay.

      Work from home option can't offset serious risks

      You could work from home

      Cons

      Frequent layoffs and unpredictable policy changes driven by leadership that lacks real industry experience make this a difficult place to work. The culture is harsh, management is weak, and the commission structure for licensed agents is disappointing. There’s also a real risk of facing TREC complaints, which can put your license on the line. Overall, it’s not worth the risk.

      Great team with fast-paced growth opportunities

      Pros

      Really great team. If you're not an A player, you might not make it. But part of that means you'll be with some of the most talented and enjoyable people who want to grow and grow with you. Tons of opportunities to do very well in this company.

      Cons

      It's moving FAST. Some people might not be able to keep up. Management can pivot a lot and some people definitely don't love that.
