      No life balance due to work load Also, bad hr policies to fire anyone with 1 week notice period even there is a 2 months policy

However, we do understand that flexi and remote working may not be ideal for some individuals who are unable to manage own schedules and need to be micro-managed. Its best for such individuals to seek in-office working. We advocate flexibility and thus agreed to reduce your notice period for you to join your new employer faster on your request. Its not nice of you to then post a negative review for the same. We wish you all the best for your career.

      - The company have knowledgeable and helpful people in the team. - Appraisals were good in my tenure. - The work-life balance depends on the project which is assigned but in my tenure I was happy with all the projects I have worked on. - Flexible working hours in my tenure. - Appreciation for good work is given in the form of awards. - Communication is good between team as everyone is connected properly. - Higher management is really great, they will listen to your queries and will try to resolve those. They also support and motivate you to grow and I had very good experience with some of them. - The company is really good for freshers as it will help them to improve their skills but it does not mean that there is no opportunity for experience people as it will always depend on projects they are working on. HR team is good. There is weekend fun activity and different events arranged in the company for entertainment of the employee which creates a good culture. - My overall experience was great as the company have provided me excellent work opportunities which helped me to improve my skills, supportive team and management, good work life balance. - Overall company has a package of many good things even if it is in small proportion. I enjoyed my time working here.
