The company is is not big but definitely mighty! They have a lot of inroads and external targets that mean there is always something new to build. Visionary in some rights from a product development point of view and highly trusted in industries - lateral leadership model with all voices weighted equally
Cons
Sometimes not enough hands on deck - a more skilled junior team would mean better support and output to reflect the level of skill of partners and allow for speed which is needed in consulting
