If you are fresher so you can work here for 2 -3 months to just gain experience and left.
Cons
1-Complete Miss management. 2-Unnecessary and unconditional workload. 3-No Pay raise except if you blackmail them by showing other companies' offer letters. 4-Corrupt HR Department. 5-Poor and Toxic Upper-level management 6-They can,t listen and accept your Issues and take you for granted 8-Week Company Oriented policies that will eventually benefit the just company (ex so-called Provident Fund and Medical Fund)
