The lack of remote work options in 2026 is a significant drawback that reflects a disconnect from modern workplace standards. Micromanagement is deeply embedded in the culture. Instead of trusting employees to deliver results, leadership focuses on controlling every small detail — which kills creativity, autonomy, and ultimately, performance. It sends a clear message that experience and judgment are not valued. I witnessed many talented people gradually lose their motivation and spark — and it's hard not to connect that to this environment. In the end, that's how cliques work: they create invisible barriers that drain energy from those who have the most to offer. My advice: take the experience, learn what you can, and move on.
