The work organisation is pretty bad, lots of ways to improve it but the management, locked by a few people, is really pressuring everyone to maximise the productivity (and lower the quality). PHP versions are never updated, things are made "just to work" and when we have serious issues there is no further investigations to prevent them to happen again. Everything is about "fixing everything all the time".
